Kuwait Finance House Malaysia

Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad (KFH Malaysia) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House (KFH), also the first foreign Islamic bank that was granted a license under the Islamic Banking Act (Malaysia) 1983 on 8 May 2005. KFH Malaysia provide innovative Shariah-based financial solutions and services under Corporate and Investment, Commercial, and Retail and Consumer Banking as well as Treasury and International Business to customer.

iSentric assist Kuwait Finance House to build a KFH National Biller Payment System (NBPS) that introduced by MyClear, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia. Now, user able to pay their bills via several KFH channels like KFH Online, KFH Online Mobile Apps, ATM or KFH Branches.

iSentric also collaborate with MyClear to help Kuwait Finance House to implement FPX solution, a convenient and secure online payment solution that allows real-time debiting of customer's internet banking account of multiple banks. It also allows immediate and direct crediting into merchant's account by banks.

iSentric helped Sarawak Energy to launch their all new, omni channel customer service platform - SEB cares. This service is available on the web, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms. From SEB cares, customers are able to view and manage their bills, report and track on outage, faulty street lights, billing and metering issues, locate the nearest customer service counter, receive real time notifications on outages and planned shutdowns, and make electronic payments.
