iSentric helped Sarawak Energy to launch their all new, omni channel customer service platform - SEB cares. This service is available on the web, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms. From SEB cares, customers are able to view and manage their bills, report and track on outage, faulty street lights, billing and metering issues, locate the nearest customer service counter, receive real time notifications on outages and planned shutdowns, and make electronic payments.
